Doctor Who Characters as Tiny Tower Bitizens – mashup
Tiny Tower was recently bestowed with the honor of being named the the App Store’s iPhone Game of the Year. I was reminded that my whole immediate family spent many hours of 2011 building our tower empires. My youngest daughter was so enthralled with the game she created this awesome Tiny Tower/Doctor Who mash-up portraying the Doctor, Amy and Rory as Bitizens (that’s what the inhabitants of Tiny Tower are called.)

I have not used Procreate yet but one of my favorite artists on Twitter does: @hawkster. I’ve been following him on twitter for a while and every so often he posts some impressive illustrations made with procreate. Apparently the folks behind Procreate were even so impressed they’re using this illustration for their media campaign.

‘Ghostbusters’ Characters In “Pixar Style” – design/ art
‘Ghostbusters’ is an all-time favorite of mine. If you’re familiar with my blog at all, you know what I think of Pixar. Check out these awesome designs of the Ghostbusters and baddies in a very Pixar like style by the very talented 3D artist Fabrizio Fioretti.
